The terms in the container waybill regarding the time of payment of freight and the actual freight for disposal are lower than the freight charged according to the shipper’s declaration. Usually includes:
① The prepaid freight shall be paid together with other expenses at the time of shipment.
②Freight and other expenses such as perishable goods, low-value goods, animals and plants, warehouse goods, etc. must be paid in full at the time of shipment.
③The payment on arrival is paid at the port of destination together with other expenses.
④ When the carrier checks that the quantity, weight, volume and content of the goods are not consistent with the contents of the bill of lading filled out by the shipper, and the freight is lower than the freight payable, the carrier has the right to charge a fine, and the shipper shall bear all costs and losses caused thereby .
